Starting at Icklesham Rec, this walk goes up to the windmill then down the valley to the reed-lined river, then weaves back up through a little wood. Stunning views.
You could make a slightly shorter route by cutting back along Pett Lane instead of going down to the river. Some stiles, can be steep, might be muddy in winter.
