If you do a walk from the lower part of Alexandra Park all the way up to Coronation Wood and back, it is an astonishing 3 mile walk!
Woodland paths are likely to be uneven in places and could be muddy in winter.
Parking: plenty of free on street parking around the roads further away from the town. Public transport: bus stops on St Helen’s Road; approx 1 mile from train station.
