Burwash – Bateman’s 2.3 or 3.4m

Starting in the village of Burwash and passing the historic home of Rudyard Kipling, this walk has beautiful views.

Autumn/Winter warning: it was VERY muddy down by the stream when I walked it making quite tricky conditions. If you’re not keen on welly-walks, this might be one to save for Spring/Summer.

Parking: free public car park. Public transport: bus stops on High Street.
