This end of Eastbourne seafront has a three-tiered prom so you can enjoy a loop using different levels, each with different scenery and character.
I have not included any other seafront walks because no one needs a map to go straight out and back, but this one is here because it makes a very skinny loop. There are lots of little sets of steps that connect each of the layers to change tier, to vary the route or make the walk shorter.

Accessibility: Surfaced paths, middle tier slightly gravelly and has steps at Holywell end so wheelchair users will not be able to make the loop drawn, or to change tiers via the steps along the way.
Parking: free on street parking at the Holywell end of the seafront and metered parking closer to the town. Public transport: nearby bus stops.
