You could go straight up the Cuckoo Trail for as far as you liked, but this route includes Shepham Lane to make a nice loop.
Two big footbridges to cross the main road, so if you don’t like bridges, you might not like this!
Parking: some parking near old library, large car park near station including free two hour bays. Public transport: bus stops and train station nearby.
Health walk: if you’d like to join a weekly group walk around Polegate, come and find us on Tuesday mornings for a one hour walk led by trained community volunteers. It’s completely free to take part and there’s no need to book, just pop along shortly before 10.30am, meet us on the pedestrian stretch in front of the station.
